Name: White Sencha
White sencha is Uji Gyokuro's "White Break Tea (Gangane Tea)" This is a blend of Uji Sencha tea . The name "Shiro Sencha" was created by combining the initials of " Shiroorecha ."
*"Shiraore" refers to the stems of tea plants. In Kyoto, the stems of Gyokuro tea are called "gangan."
The unique taste and aroma
There are some things that we absolutely cannot compromise on.

This tea can be enjoyed even for a second brew, something that is not possible with regular ganekane tea. It has a robust flavor.
Normally, all of the flavor of ganekane tea fades after one brew, but because it is a blend of Uji tea and Uji ganekane tea, you can enjoy different flavors not only on the first brew, but also on the second and third brews.
The first brew has a sweetness similar to that of gyokuro, while the second brew has a fragrant sencha like the refreshing young leaves of Uji.
The first and second brews... but that's not all. This is a special tea that you can enjoy while still retaining its luxurious atmosphere and lingering aftertaste.
*1st, 2nd, 3rd brew... This refers to the number of times the same tea leaves are reused. Delicious sencha can be made by brewing the same tea leaves in the same teapot a second, third, and so on until you are satisfied, allowing you to enjoy the changing flavors several times.

Generally, the stems that are removed during the tea manufacturing process are called "shiroore." In particular, the shiroore of gyokuro is called "karigane" in Kyoto.
