We ship both within Japan and internationally.

Customers cannot choose or request specific shipping methods or carriers.


Processing Time

For international orders, items will be shipped within 10 business days after order confirmation.
Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or year-end/New Year holidays.

Please note that shipping may be delayed due to weather conditions, customs procedures, carrier circumstances, or inventory availability.

We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Clearance Fees

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In some cases, products may not be cleared through customs due to the import regulations or laws of the destination country or region.
We assume no responsibility in such cases.

Returns, refunds, or cancellations due to customs issues, import regulations, or related delays are not accepted.


Important Notice for Food Products

Food products may be affected by temperature, humidity, and transportation conditions.
Minor changes in shape, packaging, or quality during transit are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If the shipping address or contact information provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may fail.
In such cases, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Long-Term Absence or Refused Delivery

If an order is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery,
we do not offer reshipment or refunds.

In such cases, neither the product price nor shipping fees will be refunded.


Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number (if available) will be provided by email.
Please check the delivery status using the tracking service of the respective shipping carrier.
