Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience.
We also do not accept returns or refunds based on expiration dates, storage conditions, customs clearance issues, shipping delays, or import regulations.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item.
After reviewing the details, we will determine, at our discretion, whether to provide a replacement or a refund.
Return Eligibility Conditions
Eligible items must be unopened and unused.
Due to the nature of food products, opened items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective products or incorrect deliveries, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Returns or exchanges for any other reason are not accepted.
