The origin of the name "White Sencha"

Shiro Sencha is a blend of Uji Gyokuro's "Shiroorecha (Kariganecha)" and "Uji Sencha." The name "Shiro Sencha" is a combination of the initials of "Shiroorecha."
*"Shiraore" refers to the stems of tea. In Kyoto, the stems of Gyokuro are called "Kangane." It is a standard part of tea,
