Black roasted
Hojicha is originally made by brewing tea quickly at a high temperature. Hojicha is a simpler, easier-to-drink version of bancha tea. While it's an easy tea to brew, Kuro Hoji is a hojicha that focuses on being delicious , rather than just easy to drink. To fully enjoy the flavor of the tea, add boiling water and wait two minutes. That's all it takes to make the finest hojicha.
White Sencha
White sencha is just as delicious as high-quality sencha that costs several thousand yen per cup.
This type of tea is difficult to brew, but white sencha can be brewed in the same way as regular sencha. The ideal temperature is 70-80°C. First, pour the amount of hot water you want to drink into a separate teacup, then add that water to the teapot to bring it to the right temperature.
