Recommended Preparation/Whisking Method

1. Place two level scoops (approx. 1.5g–2g) of this product into a tea bowl using a *chashaku* (tea scoop). (Sifting the matcha first helps prevent clumping.)
2. Pour in approx. 70mL of hot water cooled to 70–80°C.
3. Using a *chasen* (bamboo whisk), whisk quickly with a back-and-forth wrist motion until a fine froth forms.

Thoroughly dissolve approx. 2g of matcha in a small amount of warm water (approx. 20mL), then pour in warmed (or chilled) milk or soy milk (approx. 130mL) and sweeten to your preference.
