Recommended Preparation Methods
・【Brewing in a Kyusu (Teapot)】
1. Place an appropriate amount of tea leaves in a teapot (approx. 3g per person, 6-8g for 3 people).
2. Pour in hot water that has been cooled to about 70°C–80°C (approx. 80mL per person).
3. Let it sit quietly for about 40–60 seconds, then pour little by little into each teacup (rotating between cups to ensure even strength). Pour until the very last drop to ensure the second brew is also delicious.
・【Cold Brew】
Place tea leaves (8-10g) and cold water (1L) in a bottle and let it chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours. This brings out the unique sweetness of Yame tea for an exquisite iced green tea.
