Recommended Preparation Methods
・【Brewing in a Kyusu (Teapot)】
  1. Put the appropriate amount of tea leaves in the teapot (approx. 3g per person, 6–8g for 3 people).
  2. Pour in hot water (approx. 80mL per person) that has been cooled to about 70°C–80°C.
  3. Wait quietly for about 30–40 seconds, then pour little by little into the teacups, alternating between them to ensure an even concentration. (Pouring until the very last drop ensures the second infusion will also be delicious.)
・【Cold Brew】
  Place the tea leaves (8–10g) and cold water (1L) in a bottle and let it steep slowly in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours. This brings out the distinct sweetness of Kagoshima tea, resulting in a superb cold-brewed tea with a beautiful, vibrant green color.
