Recommended Preparation Methods
・【Brewing in a Kyusu (Teapot)】
  1. Place an appropriate amount of tea leaves in the teapot (approx. 3g per person, or 6–8g for 3 people).
  2. Pour in hot water cooled to approximately 70°C–80°C (approx. 80mL per person).
  3. Wait quietly for about 50–60 seconds, then pour evenly into the tea cups, rotating between them. (Pour until the last drop to ensure the second steeping is just as delicious.)
・【Cold Brew】
  Place the tea leaves (8–10g) and cold water (1L) into a bottle and let it extract slowly in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours. This highlights the clear, rich sweetness unique to premium Sencha, resulting in a superb cold-brewed tea.
