1. Put about 4g–5g (approx. 2–3 teaspoons) of tea leaves into a teapot.
2. Pour in freshly boiled hot water (approx. 200mL).
3. Let it steep undisturbed for about 30–45 seconds, then pour into teacups until the very last drop to serve.
・【Cold Brew】
