You can drink it as is, or freeze it as a mixer for alcohol and enjoy it as a sorbet. It is made from fully ripened early-season mandarins (harvested from early November to late December), mainly from the Satsuma mandarin orange and the Arita mandarin orange brand "Maruken Mikan," which have an exquisite balance of sourness and sweetness.
We peel each mandarin orange by hand and squeeze the flesh whole, then blend those with a sugar content of approximately 11.5 to 13 degrees to create a rich, viscous 100% straight mandarin juice that tastes just like you're eating a mandarin orange.
